Payments Team, our Sales Development Representative team works to
help businesses of all sizes manage expenses, earn rewards, and
streamline financial operations. Through a consultative approach,

benefits they receive from their Business Card products. We are

stress of financial management and increase the profitability of

help businesses manage their finances: Employee Cards: Businesses
can get free employee cards and set individual spending limits to
control and monitor expenses. Account Management: Online and mobile
tools allow for easy tracking of spending, viewing transactions,
and downloading records. Security: Features like $0 fraud
liability, fraud alerts, and the ability to lock a card help
protect the business from unauthorized charges. Vendor Payments:
Some solutions may include features for simplifying accounts
payable and making vendor payments. What You’ll Do As a member of
our Sales Development Representative Team, you will be a proactive
"hunter" responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new
business leads for Capital One's business card products. You will
play a critical role in expanding our brand presence and driving
growth by: Prospecting and cold calling businesses to generate new
sales opportunities for our card portfolio. Vetting and qualifying
business leads for one of Capital One’s various business card
solutions and setting appointments for dedicated Relationship
Managers to follow up and conduct a thorough needs analysis.
Serving as a dedicated point of contact for prospective Business
Card Customers, assisting them in identifying and utilizing the
right product to meet their current and future business needs.

way with personal accountability. Basic Qualifications: At least 2
years of experience in business development or outbound sales
generating new leads through cold calling and prospecting Preferred
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience 3 years of
acquisitions or outbound sales experience, with a focus on new
business generation. 2 years of experience working with small or
medium-sized business customers 2 years of experience in the

minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are
listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information
is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these
locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay
at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be
prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly
worked. Plano, TX: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Associate, Centralized
Sales Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject
to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual
annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of
hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This
role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive
compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term
incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non
