Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Lead, coach,
and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed
sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize
revenue and market share. Monitor sales performance, track key
metrics, and provide regular reports to management. Foster a
positive and high-performance culture within the sales team. Build
and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure
satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with other departments to
ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Stay
updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor
activities. Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales,
with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong
leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated
track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Deep
understanding of automotive sales processes and customer
relationship management. Knowledge of products and brand is
preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in business
