NEEDS? Experience in effectively articulating product selling
points via phone and email Ability to assist in coordinating sales
functions, including prospecting and lead research Strong oral and
written communication skills, coupled with excellent listening
skills Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection
Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to work independently
while maintaining strong working relationships At least one year of
experience in marketing, inside sales, or business development is
preferred. A four-year post-secondary education/bachelor's degree
is also a plus. WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE? As a
full-time Sales Development Representative, your work will take
place during standard business hours, allowing for a well-balanced
professional life. Each day as a Sales Development Representative
will revolve around promoting and marketing our services through
persistent outreach. You'll start your day with the goal of making
a minimum of 60 calls and sending 30 emails to prospective clients,
helping to pave the way for new business opportunities. You will
spend a significant amount of time scheduling initial meetings for
the Sales team and providing them with in-depth information,
ensuring that their meetings are productive and well-informed.
Researching and evaluating additional leads through web exploration
will also be a key component of your role, allowing you to
continually adapt and refine our outreach strategy. Throughout the
day, you will maintain all contacts and recording progress in
Salesforce, ensuring a seamless flow of information and client
