You will provide consultations to customers on using Honeywell's gas detection products. You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You will provide valuable input for product development. You will participate in the development of product functionality across multiple programs. This will enable you to support new products and solutions that align with the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit/function overall results.--KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• --Engage with customers to access the scope of a software solution implementation
• Plan out the implementation tasks
• Design and test the solution to be implemented
• Deploy hardware, software, and network solutions
• Identify and troubleshoot implementations issues
• Determine how well the implementation is working
• Train end users on how to use the system
• Identify and provide solution for product improvements--
• Coordinate with engineering and support on technical issues
• Could travel up to 50%----"Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization".--YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience implementing software products
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Hardware connectivity experience--WE VALUE
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
    • Experience with gas detection products
    • Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
