We're Seeking High-Performance Real Estate Sales Agents to Join our Team!

If you're looking to close a few deals here and there for some extra money...move along. This isn't the place for you. We're only looking for TOP PRODUCERS! If we don't think you'll make your way into the Top 5% of agents in America, then we're not interested. We're looking for the hungry, take-no-prisoners, no-holds-barred, get-back-up-when-you-get-knocked-down type of people.

If you have what it takes to succeed, show up consistently, follow our training, care about the customers you're trying to help, and have fun in our culture, then there's -NO WAY -you'll fail!

We are literally -STUFFED -to the max with incoming leads, and we need people to help us convert these leads. We drive a -TRUCKLOAD OF PEOPLE -looking to buy or sell homes in DFW into our database weekly -(and trust me, there's more where that came from) -and we have more opportunities than any of us can handle...

So if you're a hungry, hard-working individual, then -LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!

We'd love it if you've already been a top-producing agent! If so, you could come in and immediately have a $250,000+ year in your first 12 months on the team. But in truth, -NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! -Even if you've never been in real estate sales before, we'll train you.

Rarely do new agents sell more than 5 houses in their first year. On top of that, most agents get out of the business within the first few years because they simply don't have or know what it takes to be successful. I'm so sure that you'll be successful under our system, that I'm putting my money where my mouth is to prove it to you.

Responsibilities:

Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience


Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Past sales experience is preferred
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Self-motivation and drive
Tech savvy
