software and technology.Your mission is to enable the outside sales
representatives to maximize their time in front of the customers in
order to grow sales. In this role, you will assist with the
administrative work associated with the sales process. This
includes assisting the sellers with quoting and pricing strategy,
long-term price agreement maintenance, Salesforce entries, sample
requests, proposal generation, managing initial leads, responding
to external administrative requests from customers, weekly forecast
and reporting exercises, NDAs, tracking T&Cs approval,
coordinating field-service support, managing RMAs, and open order
follow-up to ensure on-time deliveries. It will involve
coordinating with other internal organizations to gather
information updates for the customers including the Customer
Support Team, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Factory
Planners, and Legal. You will need to be very effective at
multi-tasking, working internally with many different
organizations, and acting urgently to help mitigate difficult
situations with customers. It is an exciting job where you interact
with many people throughout the world every day.KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES Enable Outside Sellers to have more time to engage
customers Provide Outside Sellers with the information they need to
better support their customersYOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or
GEDWE VALUE Bachelor's Degree Defense experience Working and
performing business with government entities Strong interpersonal
skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of
a team Knowledge of sales concepts, processes, and procedures
Experience with SalesForce.com Self-starter who works with a remote
team Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly
