Inside Sales Representative - Aurora, CO Hours: Mon-Thurs: 7am - 4:30 pm Fri: 7am- Noon NO WEEKENDS Base Pay + Commission. Base pay will depend on experience and will be discussed with our supervisor during your interview, but we can go as high as $100,000 per year, so our supervisors are very open to discussion! Company We are a commercial debt collection company and we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell our collections services to companies who were not paid by another company they worked with in the past. It is the sales representatives jobs to build and maintain a client base by cold calling potential clients--they are not responsible for collecting the money! An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and resources, follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Successfully build pipeline and close deals Effectively communicate our services to prospects over the phone Skills
Proven inside sales experience Track record of over-achieving quota Proficient with productivity Experience working with a CRM (not required) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Active listening and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Industry experience in commercial collections is a plus but not a requirement - Please apply with your resume to be considered for the position.   • Track sales targets for inside sales--
  • Establish new business through inside sales calls
  • Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls
  • Build and maintain client base
  • Perform traditional inside sales calls as dictated by the sales process
  • Observe calls with inside sales representatives to identify sales opportunities and provide sales representative coaching and mentoring
  • Make inside sales calls daily to current and prospective customers to procure sales
  • Communicate account and sales information to both sales management and collections team
  • Receive feedback on inside sales performance
