Job Description Job Description Description: Join Cooper Aerobics as a Retail Lead and Inventory Specialist at The Coop, where we offer Cooper apparel, activewear, boutique clothing and accessories, fitness and nutritional products. Hours: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 18-29 hours a week. In this role you will: Bring your work experience in the fashion, boutique and retail industry to build strong client relationships and brand loyalty. Partner with additional retail leads to ensure adequate staffing and train staff on service and merchandising. Develop good relationships with vendor / designer counterparts. Check deliveries and report damages / short shipments. Evaluate and manage stock rotation procedures. Ensure all orders are promptly entered into necessary platforms such as JOOR, NuOrder, Shopify, FAVES; create purchase orders. Check-in and tag merchandise; ensure it is floor ready. Create a positive environment, anticipate customer needs and demonstrate excellent selling skills. Our ideal candidate: Has a team mindset, communicating clearly and proactively supporting others.
