Trissential is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven experience in Smartsheet Administration to join our remote client team. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven experience in Smartsheet Administration who will be working with leadership to gather business process requirements, develop and document workflows, configure the Smartsheet platform, train users, and support new views in Smartsheet.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement business process solutions using Smartsheet
  • Streamline and optimize business processes through the effective use of Smartsheet
  • Administer and maintain our Smartsheet platform, including creating and updating workflows, templates, and reports
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills and Smartsheet functionalities to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on how to effectively use Smartsheet, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to leverage the platform for project success
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our Smartsheet processes and make recommendations for improvement Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Smartsheet Administrator, with advanced knowledge of Smartsheet functionalities and formulas, able to provide examples of work product
    • Ability to administer Smartsheet, including Control Center, Blueprints, Data Mesh, and Data Shuttle
    • Smartsheet Certification is a plus
    • Experience in process analysis and improvement, with a focus on streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels
    • Proven ability to design and train users
    • Experience working with leadership to gather requirements, develop and document workflows, configure the tool, train users on changes, implement, and support new views in Smartsheet
    • Intermediate Excel skills required, Advanced Excel skills a plus

      Benefits

      Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $60 to $80 based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
