Also provides support to the Asset Owner and Process Owner :Define standard processes and tools to handle defects (DH) and ensures that processes are executed properlyDefine / execute on standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE) and presents breakdown status weekly at an LCT meetingDetermine planned maintenance needs and prioritize / schedule the process for conducting planned maintenanceEnsure constant communication with the maintenance department to establish area prioritiesTrain and coach operators to handle different aspects of maintenance including Defect Handling and Breakdown EliminationAbout You:You'll fit right in if you have:Experience leading and coaching teamsKnowledge / expertise in maintenance processesDemonstrates good analytical, problem-solving skillsDemonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situationsBrings strong organizational and prioritization skillsExperience and understanding of TMOS principles (or lean production system)Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well and communicate with others Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
