Job Description:

Data Analyst/ ManagerThe Customer Data Analyst/Manager is responsible for providing the reporting and supporting data analysis required for the delivery of managed services and on-going needs of the customer portfolios. The role will include the responsibility for preparing operational reports and presentations while also expanding the depth of insight customers.

• Bachelors' Degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Finance.( Graduate prefer )
• Customer relationship support and Corporate Level Presentations and communication.
• Experience in Tableau or other Data Visualization Software required
• Experience querying MySQL databases preferred
• Prior Admin Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Data Loader preferred
• Understanding of HTML a plus.
• MS-Office: Excel & Advanced PowerPoint experience required
• Ability to remotely troubleshoot issues working with a wide range of customer skillsets
• Ability to analyze data to find trends and communicate those findings effectively
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations based on data trendsResponsibilities:--- Develop advanced Tableau dashboards and presentations based on data analysis--- Bring additional insight to both internal and customer projects by quantifying and visualizing outcomes of said projects--- Support the data needs of customers through the Customer Success and Sales Teams initiatives--- Assist in managing company's client and vendor relationships--- Participate in the preparation of communications for Customer Success team and customers--- Assist in the creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly account updates--- Create reports for internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies--- Work with Customer Success and Sales team to create high level proposals and Financial KPI slides
