You will work under minimal supervision and support some of the world's most talented production maintenance technicians. You will use your maintenance technician expertise to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. You will lead, direct the work of, mentor and train other maintenance technicians.Key Responsibilities - Installation, service, troubleshooting and repair of Probe equipment. - Associated with that responsibility, will be interfacing with Manufacturing and Engineering to facilitate solutions to problems - Communicate issues and document findings via Repair and Maintenance electronic system - Support continuous improvement at the Richardson facility through participation in the rapid problem solving process, initiation and implementation of Continuous I improvement (CI) & challenging themselves and others to continuously look for ways to do things better - Work compressed work week (12 hour days)YOU MUST HAVE - High School Diploma - 2 years of experience as Equipment TechnicianWE VALUE - Expert knowledge of mechanical repair - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Willingness to grow and learn - Ability to complete work as instructed and follow up - Significant relevant repair experience - Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done - Some relevant leadership experienceAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD167202Category: Integrated Supply ChainLocation: 830 E Arapaho Rd,Richardson,Texas,75081,United StatesNonexemptEngineering (GLOBAL)Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
