Job Description:

Client is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for a 6 month contract. This could potentially be contract to hireRequirements:-A minimum of 2-3 years of Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud)-Manage requirements of the business - includes administrative operations, data analysis, project Solutioning/Scoping and project management.-Experience in a Sales Operations role-Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud-Maintain quality of the data using internal customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.-Communicate effectively across cross-functional departments within the organization to ensure maximum collaboration.-Complete assigned responsibilities on time and with extremely high quality and attention to detail and demonstrate a high-level understanding of Sales Processes from Lead to Order.-As needed, formally train on new enhancements and functional releases and/or support and coordinate end-user training and documentation with the Sales Enablement team.-SFDC configuration experience nice to have but not requiredTop 3 Must Have's:1) Sales cloud experience2) Data mapping & migrations within SFDC3) Working closely with the business and identifying requirements Can be located in the Dallas area, Minneapolis, Charlotte, or Manchester, NH) - provided by Dice
