About the Role



As an intern with CBRE's Digital & Technology organization, you will have an excellent foot-in-the-door at an innovative, data-driven Fortune 150 company. You will be mentored by and learn from top technology professionals in the fast-paced commercial real estate industry, with daily exposure to innovative, ground-breaking technology. Your responsibilities will include deep analysis of data and determining the best way to represent it visually to internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of a Global Workplace Solutions team responsible for developing and leading applications that support CBRE's data-driven mission.

  What You'll Do
  
  
  • Work closely with various team to analyze datasets, find insights and provide support to product and technical owners for innovative AI/ML POCs
  • Research the latest Generative AI trends and create POV
  • Craft and develop datasets, reports and dashboards that align with our data architecture and compliance guidelines
  • Understand data flow of existing systems, future needs of solutions and how to approaches of integration
  • Build and maintain documentation related to processes, architecture, data flow and designs of systems
    
    What you'll need
    
    
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science or equivalent. Candidates with equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered.
    • Completed coursework, projects, or prior professional experience using Python or SQL & Excel, showcasing proficiency in data manipulation and analysis
    • Familiarity with data modeling and data management, with a proven understanding of relational database concepts
    • Ability to build reports and dashboards using open source tools
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
    • Previous AI/ML experience preferred
