COMPENSATION: $19-$21/hr

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



* Accounts Payable Invoice entering and check issuing

* Update and maintain vendor records

* Communicate with vendors and reconcile accounts as necessary

* Scanning and filing

* Corporate credit card reconciliations


WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:



* 3+ years' detailed, related accounts payable experience - or similar industry accounting experience a plus

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

* Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

* Microsoft Office knowlege

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
