As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GXA is a mid -level recruiter with 3-5 years recruitment experience, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage with potential candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications to contribute to the company's continued success. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Review and analyze resumes to identify candidates who meet the specific job requirements
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent in a competitive market
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
