Job Description:

We are seeking a customer eccentric individual to support our clients in a fast-paced environment. We aim to achieve and offer excellent customer service by providing answers to questions about all our Treasury Products. Participate and act as the technical lead on recurring client project status meetingsSupport client scoping to ensure product and technical requirements are understood and satisfied in accordance with the client's business and technical needs, as well as TCB's capabilitiesPrepare project plans for outlining product implementation options and timeline Use tracking tools and systems consistently and accurately to document and communicate current status, issues, and risks for all active projectsServe as an effective point of escalation on behalf of client; become the client's trusted advisor during the implementation processSupport client during production migration and production verification; provide timely status updates to the client and treasury teamProvide support to team colleagues when needed; be seen as a subject matter expert for products supportedAttend and demonstrate knowledge and value on pre-implementation calls with clients and Sales.Identify and communicate process gaps and improvement opportunities, express willingness to own improvement initiativesBuild relationships with internal partners, champion business requirements, and assess key performance indicatorsBuild familiarity with our business practice pillars and start contributing to root cause analysis, business solutions, and process improvementsServe as a resource for other team members Support and execute on special projects as set forth by management3-5 Years Treasury and or Financial sector experience preferred Ability to analyze issues and perform root cause analysisExperience evaluating processes and identifying gaps and improvement opportunitiesExperience developing, writing, and/or maintaining standard operating proceduresPrevious experience adapting to a fast paced, transformative work environment while driving resultsExcellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skillsStrong project management skillsPassion for learning new working models, technologies, and industry trendsProven experience leading working groups that produce results and changeAbility to work with technology teams to help improve user accessibility and interfaceMotivated and results oriented creative thinkerCollege degree preferredPDN-993d6118-c59e-4c3d-afc0-3b93057b3b79
