Brief Overview of Position RCSA Team Lead operates within the First
Line of Defense (1LOD) and is directly accountable to execute the
technology Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program within
the technology GRC framework. The position is responsible for
driving and leading the end-to-end execution of the technology RCSA
activities in 1LOD for Information Security,
including:ResponsibilitiesSupport the Risk Assessable Units (RAUs)
owner to attest to the risks and controls by providing subject
matter expertise to effectively mitigate risksManage a small team
and perform assessment on design and operating effectiveness of IT
controls Support the automation of control testing through data
analytics tool and scripts Ensure completion of the RCSA adheres to
the guidance in the established policy, program, and
procedure.Evaluate the industry standards and regulatory mandates
to understand regulatory requirements (NIST, CIS, ISO, COBIT) and
ensure alignment with internal frameworks.Responsible to lead
reviews including but not limited to AWS Cloud Security, network
devices, web servers, database server, application
serverResponsible to lead assessments (FFIEC-CAT, GLBA, SOX, PCI,
HIPAA, RCSA) around information technology processes Educate and
partner with RAUs owners and teams on risks and
controls.Collaborate with 2LOD and 3LOD risk management teams on
credible challenges.Support the execution of other Technology GRC
programs within the framework as applicable.Other job-related
duties may be assigned as required.The duties listed above are the

policy.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent technology
risk management experience7+ years of direct experience in IT
control testing3-5 years of Banking/Financial Services experience
strongly preferred5+ yrs of experience with GLBA/SOX/FFIEC-CAT
Assessments/Security AuditIndustry certifications (e.g., CISA,
ITIL, Cloud) required; CISSP strongly preferredExperience with
Infrastructure and Information Security tools such as ServiceNow,
Vulnerability Scanning, SEIM, and IT asset and network management
toolsProficient with MS Office applications for reports, analysis,
and presentationsProficient with Archer GRC toolExperience with
visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) is a plusExperience with data
analytics tools or writing scripts to automate controlsProficient
in data manipulations in Excel (e.g. using VLookup, Pivots, IF
statement) or SQL is a plus Results-oriented working in a
team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent interpersonal
skills with ability to be influential and establish positive
working relationships throughout the organization, including senior
managementAbility to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of
sources, including management, team members and
stakeholdersDetailed-oriented with a proven history as a
self-starter who can work independently with minimal
supervisionProven ability to articulate problems and create
documentation to support issue management activities. Excellent
verbal presentation and written communication skills to confidently
interact with and lead meetings at all levels, including
executivesExcellent problem-solving, analytical and critical
thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities,
demands and timelinesExperience in mentoring less-senior personnel
