MGA located in Richardson, TX is in need of 3 Attorney Rep Bodily Injury Adjusters for a temp to hire opportunity. Position will be in office during the temporary assignment, then if hire, will be able to work remote. Position ResponsibilitiesInvestigates and manages personal automobile first and third-party claims for bodily injury and property damage. Reports to Casualty Claims Manager.Deliver a customer-focused claims experience.Conduct thorough coverage and liability investigations to arrive at fair and amicable settlements, which include both Property Damage and Bodily Injury handling that are both Attorney represented as well as Non-attorney represented claims.Attempts to efficiently reach equitable resolution of all claims assigned.Negotiates settlements with insurance carriers, plaintiff attorneys, and claimants.Reviews medical records and estimates of property damage to determine our exposure.Works with independent adjusters, appraisers, or private investigators to investigate and evaluate. claimsDocuments files regarding actions and steps taken toward resolution of claims.Detailed oriented with the ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to daily changing needs and job duties.Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing as required. Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite Recognizes when to refer claims to Special Investigations Unit and/or Subrogation Unit.Performs other duties as needed.Position QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of automobile bodily injury liability experience.Strong negotiation and settlement skills.Detail-oriented in a multi-tasking environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Customer-focused orientation modeling patience and empathy.Ability to make independent decisions and use proper judgment.Ability and willingness to handle cases of increasing complexity and severity involving both Property Damage and Bodily Injury.Self-motivated team player.Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills with attention to detailStrong work ethic and an ability to work without direct supervision.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsTX Adjuster LicensePDN-99314f5c-f467-4b18-937d-ce767542b5b7
