Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers to evaluate project needs and generate estimates, as well as coordinating project deadlines and installations. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales through a consultative sales approach.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all customers within the FASTSIGNS centerHandle customer inquiries via walk-ins, email and phoneResearch and secure vendorsProvide informed consultations on products and servicesEvaluate Market Pricing and adapt store pricing accordinglyGenerate Estimates and Project ProposalsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services through experience and webinarsRun and keep records of daily reportsEvaluate products for Quality Control before Customer ReceiptPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsSelf management skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitask, and act with urgencyPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic math skillsPrior Sign Shop Experience or Knowledge a plus This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
