This is a part-time hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 75% at home and 25% in the office. Compensation: Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Training hours will be: Onboarding: Monday, May 15 - Friday, May 19 Hors: 3:30pm - 9:30pm CSTCore Training: May 22 through June 23 Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 8:30pm CST; Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm CST On the job training Week 1: Monday, June 26 - Friday, June 30 Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 8:30pm CST; Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm CST On the job training Week 2: Saturday, July 1 and Wednesday, July 5 - Friday, July 7 Hours: Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30pm - 8:30pm CST; Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm CST New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Enterprise Contact Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm. QualificationsRetention Specialists include both licenses and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensince which include successsfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
