live within 100 miles of Richardson, TX. This is a part-time hybrid
position that requires spending time working from home and in the
office. After training, associates will work approximately 75% at
home and 25% in the office. Compensation: Starting pay is $18.00
per hour. You are also eligible for: 10% shift differential
available for specific hours and weekendsBilingual pay differential

ResponsibilitiesWhere you'll work: The Enterprise Contact Center
(ECC) is committed to solving our customers' needs on first contact
through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We
currently have the following types of shifts and openings:
Part-TimeShifts are morning/afternoon/and weekendsBilingual
(Spanish/English)***Schedules require availability on the
weekends*** Please note: Start Date: May 15, 2023Training is
approximately 8 weeks durationTraining: Selected candidates will
participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly
rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift
and role. The training continues beyond day one as well. Training
hours will be: Onboarding: Monday, May 15 - Friday, May 19 Hors:
3:30pm - 9:30pm CSTCore Training: May 22 through June 23 Hours:
Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 8:30pm CST; Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm CST On
the job training Week 1: Monday, June 26 - Friday, June 30 Hours:
Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 8:30pm CST; Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm CST
On the job training Week 2: Saturday, July 1 and Wednesday, July 5
- Friday, July 7 Hours: Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30pm -
8:30pm CST; Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm CST New team members are
eligible for promotional opportunities within the Enterprise
Contact Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months
for other opportunities at State Farm. QualificationsRetention
Specialists include both licenses and unlicensed responsibilities.
If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and
maintain state licensince which include successsfully completing
all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of
various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
