DOINGUnder general direction, formulates and defines systems scope
and objectives based on user needs, a good understanding of
application systems, and industry requirements.Serve as subject
matter expert in the area of SAP HCM (Organization
Management/Personal Administration)Provide high-quality end-user
support to SAP usersUnderstand complex requirements and formulate
cost-effective best-in-class solutions to support business
needsAnalyze business processes and develop and implement
improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize SAP
solutionPerform solution design and deliver solution documentation
based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments
and remedial actions to assure optimized business processCreate
functional designs to be developed by SAP developers and validate
resultsProvide functional guidance to Business Owners during
testing cycles and approval processMaintain professional and good
working relationships with Business OwnersAssists customers improve
business processes and documents changes required to SAP
configuration settings to implement redesigned business
processesDevelop to-be design documentation for Master Data and
Process designsMake SAP configuration settings as requiredUnit test
standard transactions and applicationsDevelop functional
specifications for Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Data
Conversions, Enhancements and FormsCoordinate with technical
developers to review specifications with customers, explain the
design and obtain approval of specificationsAssist developers by
responding to questions and clarificationsAssist customer develop
test cases, test scripts and test plansAssist customer perform
integration and acceptance testingResolve defects and issues
identified by customer in integration testingAssist training
developers by providing conceptual content, exercise content and
demonstration contentReview training materials for correct
representation of SAP functionalityExecute data conversions and
provides data validation assistance to customerAssist customers
anticipate, identify and resolve post go-live issuesUpdate all
design, configuration and specification documentation and conducts
a documentation walk through with customerProvides knowledge

ForBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience8+ years of SAP experience as an SAP on-premise
implementation analyst/developer in the SAP HCM Organizational
Management and Personnel Administration modules 6 years of
experience in SAP configuration with Organization Management and
Personnel AdministrationStrong technical knowledge of ERP systems
and other application systems, equipment capacity, limitations and
operation timeSolid understanding of industry
requirementsDemonstrated capability to analyze business processes,
functional and technical requirements and deliver effective and
efficient business process improvements Cross functional experience
with SAP HR modules Time and Payroll would be
advantageousDevelopment experience in HR ABAP programingExcellent
communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively
communicate with both end users and IT staff, as well as business
managementIndependent with high initiative Strong problem solving
and analysis skills Strong understanding over high level business
processes Data migration experience helpfulFamiliar with relational
database concepts, client-server conceptsAbility to thrive in a
fast-paced business environment Able to work in demanding
