Description:Implement processes and procedures necessary to support the delivery and oversight of core Compliance processes (e.g., Issue Management, Operational Losses, Scenario Analysis, and Risk and Control Self-Assessments).Utilize operational risk metrics and reporting, business and risk acumen, and business line and/or enterprise/corporate function priorities to provide a holistic independent view of risks and effectively challenge Operational Risk-related decisions.Oversee the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment Methodology and Procedure Documents, including the distribution and communication with the Business Lines, Operational Risk Team Members and other key stakeholders.Actively participate in and/or host meetings with business line as well as enterprise/support functions to advise on changes, updates, or recent events related to the RCSA.Additional Skills & Qualifications:10 years of experienceheavy excel and strong communication About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
