Performing Platform Lifecycle Management Activities (Patching, Upgrades, Policy Configuration, Etc) For Assigned Platforms And/Or Tools. Continuously Assessing Existing Processes And Procedures For Improvement Opportunities. This Role Is Also Responsible For Recommending And Executing Proactive Security Tool Configuration Updates To Strenghten The Organzation *S Overall Security Posture And Streamline Existing Processes, Based On The Evolving Cyber Threat Landscape.Responsibilities* Perform root cause analysis of incidents impacting assigned platforms/tools and prepare remediation or escalate, as appropriate * Assess and refine existing procedures and processes for continuous improvement * Monitor assigned security tools for resiliency and availability * Assist the incident response process and execution including unauthorized access, security policy violations, etc. * Provide assistance in external audits as needed to achieve and maintain compliance. * Perform updates to perimeter security hardware and software * Provide daily operations support to act on alerted events and potential incidents. * Recommend updates to current security controls environment based on threats and vulnerabilities * Enforce security standards * Appropriately inform and advise management on incidents and incident prevention activities.Required Job Qualifications:--- You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs).--- Candidate should have 5 plus years of experience in B2B in the Axway B2Bi suite.--- Must have worked with Axway suite of products including Axway B2Bi, Axway mapping tool, Secure Relay products - configuration, and testing/validation experience required.--- Must have strong understanding of the Partner configurations including Partner setup, Agreement setup, services and functional requirements of B2B.--- Broad experience in FTP and sFTP based communications including command line processing. Extensive knowledge of various protocols including HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, AS2--- Must have expertise in solution design, working with trading partners and B2BI/MFTS team; Should be expert in interacting with Trading Partners and validating the details provided by Trading Partner community--- Analysis, design and development of the application. Collaborate with other Solution Architect and participate in design activities. Interacting with business and understanding the requirement for the application.--- Installation and Validation of Axway ST in NON-PROD and PROD. Analysis of File Transfer Setups and Configuration document preparation--- Well versed in basic Unix/Linux system navigation, Unix/Linux commands, command line processing, programming language Java, Shell scripting--- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required along with the ability to assist in providing support, including 24x7 on-call rotation.--- Leadership and coordination with other internal teams and customers to develop appropriate interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency.--- This candidate must be able to communicate clear and concise details and instructions verbally and in writing.--- Must have expertise in designing, developing ,modifying and debugging various map types include EDI to XML, EDI to Positional, EDI to CSV, XML to EDI, Positional to EDI, CSV to EDI, XML to Positional. Good working knowledge of EDI and X12 with an understanding of document structure and error handling.--- Good understanding/exposure to overall API-Management concepts & fundamentals.--- Experience in defining overall API architecture, API implementations, integration and deployment of API management platforms.--- Working experience using web services and API's built on SOAP or REST and using XML or JSON.Preferred Job Qualifications:Experience working with other Axway Support resourcesExperience with troubleshooting partner communications issuesExperience with MQ/IPT messagingUnderstanding of (F5/BigIP) Load BalancerNetwork level troubleshooting (Connections, firewalls, etc.)Good understanding of best practices for application security considerations and solutionsKnowledge of cloud technologies#LI-CD1#LI-HybridINCRAre you being referred to one of our roles?
