The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.**Salary Range**$34,300.00 - $56,600.00**Target Openings**1**What Is the Opportunity?**Responsible for workers compensation managed care processes including state panel production, issue tracking, and support of network operations.Travelers offers a hybrid work location model that is designed to support flexibility.**What Will You Do?**+ Serve as the front-line managed care resource to policyholders, customers, Account Consultants, Account Executives and Claim Account Executives.+ Assist Managed Care Consultant in the managed care compliance activities in accordance with Workers Compensation law and Administrative Rules.+ Maintain required documentation and tracking records of assigned activities.+ Professionally place and answer telephone calls and all other correspondence, respond to routine questions, and reroute inquiries when appropriate.+ Effectively capture information and respond in an efficient manner.+ Consistently provide top-tier, high-level customer service.+ Share policyholder/customer, telephone, system and/or other business concerns with Unit Manager or other appropriate parties for prompt and effective resolution.+ Perform other duties as assigned.**What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?**+ Education/Course of Study:+ Strong communication / telephone skills+ Strong customer service skills+ Solid organization skills and attention to detail+ Basic knowledge of claim systems+ Ability to resolve general / basic problems+ Strong team member+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel helpful Work Experience:+ Competencies, as demonstrated by ability to:+ Lead the Business+ Align personal work goals and actions to the vision and business strategies+ Implement change+ Support enterprise culture+ Lead Self+ Exhibit courage, credibility and conviction+ Communicate effectively+ Influences others by appealing to reason+ Apply analytical/problem solving skills**What is a Must Have?**+ High School diploma or equivalent**What Is in It for You?**+ **Health Insurance:** Employees and their eligible family members including spouses, domestic partners, and children are eligible for coverage from the first day of employment.+ **Retirement:** Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.
