Job Description:
Primary Purpose:
Primarily focusing on Position Control and Certifications. In
addition, provides support to Human Resource department by
performing a wide variety of duties such as record keeping, data
entry, file management, and general office duties. Works closely
with Position Control, Certification and Compensation Analysts, and
other Human Resource personnel as it relates to their department
needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Special Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Ability to interpret and disseminate information to individuals and
groups
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in keyboarding, file maintenance, and record
keeping
Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do
word processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective writing skills to prepare routine, yet professional
correspondence and reports.
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Skyward preferred
Knowledge of TEAL & SBEC preferred
2-4 Years of Human Resource Experience preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Record Keeping and Reporting:
1. Manage the research, processing and auditing of records forms to
ensure compliance.
2. Ensures data availability and quality of the audit/compliance
related records (i.e. record of compensation decisions, training
certificates, exit interviews)
3. Maintains personnel records; researches data to verify
employment, service records, and salary records
4. Confirming data submitted on provider credentialing application
meets the minimum requirements for credentialing - based on
documented policies.
5. Processes personnel actions for all campuses, creates and
maintains personnel files, and maintains the data integrity of the
information in the employee database and employee personnel
files.
6. Prepare, compile, maintain, and file all correspondence,
reports, records, and other documents required, including accurate
and confidential student health records.

7. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of
ethics and integrity
8. Maintain confidentiality.
Other
9. Any and all other duties as assigned by immediate
supervisor.
