We are proud to have instilled a shared sense of responsibility and commitment among our approximately 10,000 employees located throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.Job DescriptionAs a Customer Success Advocate you will work one-on-one with customers and our internal sales teams to build strong relationships that promote customer loyalty and sales growth by delivering a World Class customer experience.You will gain valuable skills as you engage with multiple departments during the customer onboarding experience and use these skills to proactively resolve issues and create an effortless customer journey.-- - Your experience in this position will allow you to grow your career at Lennox where we are an industry leader in innovative products that create a comfortable and healthier environment for consumers in their homes and businesses.Primary Responsibilities Identify opportunities by collecting and leveraging as many data points as possible about the customer to improve the customer experience and life cycle Drive outreach for the Lennox customer base on product offerings, future solutions, and marketing programs by working with a broad cross functional team Assist Territory Managers and the extended sales team with generating New Business designed to accelerate new customer growth as well as onboarding new customers with necessary training on programs, services, and our digital platforms Monitor product usage and patterns to determine opportunities for growth and adoption of programs and products not being used Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Place regularly scheduled outbound calls to assigned customers to ensure increased participation and satisfaction of programs and services Respond to inbound customer contacts during our peak season via phone and email to fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction for all phases of the product life cycle including new equipment orders, product warranty support, as well as repair parts identificationQualificationsSkills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute troubleshooting procedures Must be able to adapt and work well under pressure Ability to take initiative Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively Ability to make confident and timely decisions Ability to learn and understand technical terminology Commitment to continuous learningRequired ExperienceRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
