The Order Acceptance team is responsible for 10 key processes within the Revenue Operations org that directly impacts all areas of business operations. Our small group combined offers decades of company knowledge and experience, we are here to ensure all teammates have our full support to be successful within their role.


The Account Setup position is responsible for all OneSite Account Setup functions with emphasis on managing requests received through the internal Account Setup inbox. This individual's primary role is to manage the Account Setup inbox and respond to the high volume of requests received to resolve in a timely manner. This individual will need to stay abreast of new product offerings to ensure the correct products are activated or deactivated. They will be responsible for coordinating with multiple departments including Product, Contracts, Sales and Billing while ensuring all fulfilled requests remain compliant with our order processing standards.


  • Process requests for product activations/deactivations in OneSite
  • Ensure all requests received are processed within 24 hours
  • Coordinate with internal groups to resolve issues such as missing orders or product inactivated in error
  • Assist with researching and resolving requests that are received by the Account Setup Mailbox
  • Process all UAT site refreshes
  • Create PMC's & properties in OneSite as needed
  • Coordinate with product teams each day on the site and product activations for specific dates and times
  • Provide temporary access to sites and products when requested
  • Process Historical access requests
  • Coordinate with Product to fulfill time sensitive pre scheduled enablement requests
  • Ensure deadlines are met with mid-month and end of month close dates/times
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to address Account Setup needs and expedite requests
  • Assist and provide continued training for our Manila team with cancellation deactivations
  • Serve as subject matter expert on contract administration. Maintain training guides and conduct training for team members
  • Complete special projects as needed



  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance/order processing
  • Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of Real Page billing and services
  • Strong knowledge of internal control concepts related to high transactional/billing environments and SOX requirements.
  • Outstanding documentation and follow-up capabilities required
  • Solid analytical and reasoning abilities; must be effective at summarizing financial information.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary to meet department objectives
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook required. Sales Force experience is a plus.
  • Must be detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and discuss agreements
  • Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and goal oriented
