Students who will be relocating during their internship / co-op, will have their travel expenses reimbursed along with being eligible for a housing allowance.WHAT YOULL BE DOINGAs the Customer Support Intern, you will support the Contact Center and Business Operations teams which interact on a daily basis with our customers and other departments within the organization, ranging from sales and marketing to product management and engineering. You will assist in executing business enhancing projects through data analytics and tool development. In this high visibility position, we will look to you to be a self-starter, and quickly adapt to change.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORStudent pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration, Business Analytics or like degree at an accredited college or university.Grade Point Average of 3.25 and above.Good written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applicationsExcellent collaboration and teaming skillsAbility to quickly learn and contribute to new projects and technologiesSelf-driven, results orientedMust be well organized and detail oriented with strong analytical abilitiesAbility to manage time, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgencyWhich Competencies Drive SuccessHaving the right qualifications is only a part of what it takes to be a successful intern.
