Our HHAs (Home Health Aides) and staff are treated with respect in an inclusive environment, enjoy employee pride and camaraderie, and recognize that the work they do makes a real difference for our clients.The Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for generating new client leads and closing service calls. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding relationships within the professional community with those who are able to refer potential clients to the company as well as through maintaining and developing new marketing methods (social networking, etc.).Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors' offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sources.Develop and manage new lead sources.Perform client assessments; coordinate with office staff to ensure client start up success.Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Senior Helpers' servicesAssist in coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, networking social media, and develop new methods of marketing.Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers' services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctors' offices, and private companies.Maintain and manage a CRM Customer Relationship Management SystemQualifications:Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Must have excellent phone and follow-up skills with prospects and key influence over center personnel.Must possess leadership ability and be proactive in problem prevention and issue resolution.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Minimum of one year experience in the home health industry developing and managing a successful sales strategy.Bachelors Degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn other software programs quickly.Job Types: Full-time, CommissionWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
