VIVA's core mission is to staff compassionate and understanding caregivers that take pride in paying close attention to each patient's needs.1 | SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONSResponsible for performing a variety of duties.This position requires communication between the Executive Team, HR Coordinators, Therapy Director, therapists, marketers, and recruiters.This position requires an individual to be multi-tasked, have computer skills, great communication skills, and be efficient.2| COMPETENCIESCommunicationCustomer ServiceCritical EvaluationGlobal & Cultural AwarenessRelationship ManagementEthical Practice3 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUtilizes multiple avenues of communication effectively including phone, email, text, and expertly navigates a variety of Recruiting platforms and Social Media to procure potential candidatesOngoing and timely communication with HR Director and Coordinators, Therapy Director, and marketers to discuss open needsContacts viable candidates based on resumes, performs phone screens, and coordinates with Therapy Director to schedule interviewsPlaces interviews on Outlook calendar and copy office personnelMakes sure all applicants receive proper and timely communication response to their communications, application, follow up on interviews, etc.Ensures constant flow of applicants meeting company-wide recruiting goals while supporting and engaging recruiting staffActively recruits and meets individual recruiting goal as set by Executive teamPosts requisitions timely and edits requisitions as needed (if costs are involved approval required)Evaluates and recommends more effective recruiting strategies that align with the companys strategic objectivesConstantly evaluates recruiting strategy and monitors new tools and resources in the marketplace to achieve target resultsEffectively uses and updates applicant tracking systemCoordinates all Talent Acquisition initiatives and activities including campus, targeted, and recruiting programsWorks closely with HR and Therapy Director to coordinate recruiting opportunities at targeted medical and educational facilities facilitating educational opportunities to engage future therapy candidatesMaintains database of therapy schools, search firms, and professional associationsGenerates and analyzes reports using data from HMS, HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems to quantify results and develop recommendations for most effective use of recruiting funds and human resourcesWorks closely with staffing team and communicate on the areas in which therapists are neededOrganizes and maintains ongoing database of available applicants for a strong pipeline for current and future therapy personnel needsMaintains high-level of confidentiality with client and staff protected/personal informationCoordinates recruiting mass communications emails, mail, texting, etc.Participates in developing and updating recruiting materials and online recruiting advertisementsPerforms other duties as required4 | ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports directly to the Director of Human Resources and indirectly to the Director of Therapy.5 | SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESN/A6 | WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment.This role routinely uses standard office equipment.Able to work remote proficientlyas needed.7 | PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand;
