Summary

Large paper operation

Processing tasks that are sent from other operations

Help settle total loss vehicles providing forms, samples, large packages to customers in all 50 states

Rep is assigned to 10 states to service

Theyll pull up a task in internal system and complete it

Use dual monitors label makers, forms, sticky tabs, preparing shipments

Make phone calls to call internal total loss team to clarify info

Have headphones in listening to music

2 packages per hour to start and work up their way to 7 packages per hour

30-60 packages per day

Packages = packages of paperwork of legal documents

Pull documents off the printer

Need to look up directions to print off the appropriate information

Package = total loss package, title sample, power of attorney, a few additional forms

These packages are a lot of times to transfer the title

Nice handwriting sometimes packages need to be handwritten

Be on their feet but primarily sitting

Teams are up to 15 people

Not customer facing

PA2 Job Description:

Monitors progress of salvage process through task completion

Researches, resolves, and processes tasks within approved limits as assigned

Utilizes knowledge of individual jurisdictional processes, procedures and forms to correct paperwork inaccuracies

Works under close supervision and seeks guidance throughout the titling and salvage process

Develops knowledge of salvage process through training and task completion

Researches, resolves, and processes tasks within approved limits as assigned

Communicates with team members, external customers/vendors which may require contacts by telephone, by correspondence or in person to assist in title & salvage paperwork processes

Develops a basic understanding of individual jurisdictional processes, procedures and forms required to correct paperwork inaccuracies

Secures necessary documentation to assist in the handling of claims title/salvage paperwork

Adheres to state/federal procedures and company processes related to titling and salvage processes and paperwork

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years relevant experience in an office or customer service role

Ability to handle multiple computer applications in a fast-paced collaborative team environment

Previous experience(s) that demonstrates the skillsets associated with Quality, Integrity and Technical/Functional Expertise

Ability to understand and follow directions to complete tasks in order and with quality

Honest and trustworthy character associate will be working with insurance drafts and sensitive personal information and documents.
