Job Description:

The Desktop End User Support Specialist II will investigate and resolve reported software and hardware issues for end users. The Desktop End User Support Specialist II provides basic support and troubleshooting for all client's technology, computer support, password resets, printer configurations, basic network support, and ticket routing.--Experience with O365 and VPN troubleshooting.Desktop End User Support Specialist II Duties:-- Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 and any other authorized desktop application (including Office 2016, and 2013).-- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and any other authorized peripheral equipment including company owned mobile devices.-- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues-- Experience troubleshooting IP issuesDesktop End User Support Specialist II Will Need:-- 3-5--years Desktop Support, End User Support, Help Desk or Service Desk experience-- MS products (Windows OS, MS Office Applications Support, Email, Exchange, O365)-- Active Directory-- Knowledge of VOIP-- Basic Networking knowledge and VLans nice to have
