This is a highly strategic position to lead the critical platform strategy for a large and rapidly growing healthcare data analytics company.-- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading our Payer product line Product Owners
• Responsible for supporting the Product Managers in their product strategy, guiding our Product Owners on backlog management, and coaching Product Owners to be customer centric
• Responsible for understanding Payer market demands, analytics technology trends, and the healthcare analytics competitive field.
• Engage in strategic dialog with the Product Owner, Product, and Engineering leaders for continued improvement, alignment and innovation in how we work
• Partner with Product Management Operations and the Product Managers to work directly with clients on IP, EA and emergent requests.
• Balance the feature, schedule and cost tradeoffs required to deliver a minimum viable product as well as ongoing, timely innovation
• Prioritize features and partner with the Product Manager and Product Development functional areas to deliver software through an Agile development process
• Work with the client teams to ensure client user needs are well understood and represented within the product roadmap
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on product launches, events and key deals Essential Education, Experience and Interests:
  • 4+ years of enterprise product management/product owner experience at high tech companies
  • Adept in agile methodologies
  • Proven success building successful products and/or service offerings
  • Healthcare software and/or analytics experience desired, but not required
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, strategic planner with proven ability to drive projects and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibit passion and conviction and the innate ability to inspire passion in others
  • BA or BS degree
  • MBA is a plus Special Requirements
