Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our Fort Worth team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel trucks and equipment while working alongside a supportive crew. Shift and Schedule This is a full-time position, Tuesday-Saturday (home daily, no night shifts), with overtime. Compensation This position offers a highly competitive annual earning potential ranging from $85,000 to $135,000 per year. Key Responsibilities AS A FUEL DRIVER Safely transport and deliver fuel products (gas, diesel, dyed diesel) Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on trucks and fuel equipment Load fuel at terminals or bulk tanks and deliver to customer sites Dispense product via pump system with accuracy and safety Follow all DOT, state, and federal regulations Report issues promptly and maintain accurate logs WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS A FUEL DRIVER Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements Two or more years of fuel delivery experience (gas, diesel, dyed diesel) preferred Five or more years CDL A tanker/bobtail experience preferred Must be able to drive manual transmission Excellent driving record with no serious violations Knowledge of hazardous material handling and safety regulations Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Why You'll Love Working Here Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (vacation and sick time), 401(k) retirement plan Additional Perks: Paid weekly, free uniforms, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment Company Overview Since 1973, Reeder Distributors, Inc. has been a family-owned and operated company built on reliability, customer service, and quality.
