Handle all phases of complex litigation cases from inception through conclusion. 2. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare discovery responses. 3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. 4. Develop case strategies based on the law, evidence, and client's objectives. 5. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. 6. Review, analyze, and organize evidence. 7. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm's reputation by adhering to professional ethics and standards. 8. Participate in business development activities to attract and retain clients. Job Details 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex litigation. 4. Proven experience in managing large caseloads, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. 5. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. 7. High level of professional ethics and integrity. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 10.
