Job Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking a skilled and innovative Sr AI
Engineer to join our dynamic Data Science & AI department. As part
of our team, you will lead the development and integration of
AI-driven solutions across advanced technology systems, enhancing
our capabilities in defense, aerospace, and security. With a
commitment to ethical standards and inclusivity, this role is ideal
for a forward-thinking individual eager to impact global security
through cutting-edge AI technologies. Design, develop, and
implement AI algorithms and models tailored to specific project
needs within the defense and aerospace sectors. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing
systems and workflows. Lead the research and application of machine
learning techniques to solve complex challenges in security and
technology. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI
and machine learning, applying best practices to projects. Manage
project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
effectively. Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical standards
and promote inclusivity within technology solutions. Expertise in
machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks
such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Proficiency with programming
languages like Python, Java, or Scala. Experience in working with
large datasets and knowledge of data preprocessing, data
extraction, and real-time analytics. Strong problem-solving skills
and ability to work creatively in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS,
Azure, or Google Cloud. Competence in end-to-end system integration
