Job Description Job Description Location: Fort Worth, TX Duration: 4 Months Pay Rate: $37/h About the Role We are seeking multiple SME Analysts to support critical supply chain functions focused on aircraft spare parts and operational performance. These roles will identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and develop data-driven solutions across material planning, supply flow, issue resolution, and returns processes. You will work cross-functionally with planning, operations, and analytics teams to improve performance, reporting, and tools, while presenting insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Focus Areas Material Planning: Demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning logic Supply Process: Upstream supply flow and supplier/process efficiency Issue Process: Disruptions, exceptions, and root-cause resolution Returns Process: Reverse logistics, returns, and recovery processes Key Responsibilities Identify supply chain inefficiencies and perform root cause analysis to develop solutions Develop analytical models and data visualizations to improve operational performance within budget Design, implement, and monitor solutions and measure results Collaborate with teams including Line and Base Planning, Network Planning, Base Material Planning, AOG, and Stores Develop presentations and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management Build and maintain data tables and pipelines for applications and analysis Support Business Analysts and team members with complex queries, methods, and recommendations Manage backlogs using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies Work with users to explain solutions and optimize user experience Extract and analyze large datasets and make actionable recommendations Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related) 3 years of job-related experience Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability Proficiency in SQL with basic experience in data processing/manipulation languages Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications Experience in airline operations, supply chain, or analytics Master’s degree in a related field Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Data Lake Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
