Job Description Job Description Controls Infrastructure Engineer Title: Controls Infrastructure Engineer Location: Dallas, Texas Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Controls Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain control systems and infrastructure that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work on various projects involving process control systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications. Key Responsibilities Design and implement control systems using Allen Bradley ControlLogix and other automation tools. Develop and maintain Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) using AVEVA and Wonderware software. Ensure seamless Ethernet communication between control systems and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SQL databases with process control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to control panels and infrastructure components. Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Provide technical support and training to operational staff on control systems and infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a Controls Infrastructure Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of HMI systems, specifically AVEVA and Wonderware. Experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix programming and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Ethernet communication protocols and SQL databases. Ability to design and implement process control panels. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
