Job Description:
Job Purpose:Provide technical support assistance for our
proprietary software to our client base.Duties:Answering questions,
troubleshooting problems, installation of our software and 3rd
party software components.Skills/Qualifications: (Not All Required
But A Plus!)SQL (SSMS), Point of Sale Software, Friendly
personality, patience with non-technical users, Windows OS, logic
and analytical problem solving skills.Position will require some
in-person training but will ultimately be a work from home (WFH)
position. Quality internet and access to a windows PC with internet
will be required for WFH candidates.TEXAS ONLYRequired
