This Contract-to-Hire role as a Hybrid Clarity PPM Developer in Richardson, TX will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new applications to support Clarity PPM. This role is Onsite/Hybrid in Richardson or Chicago. Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience. Master's degree (in a technical related subject) preferred but not required.
• Architecture Knowledge of CA PPM application configuration and limitations
• Experience in cloud computing - SaaS
• Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Jira, RallyDev, Bamboo, GitHub, Jenkins). Skills Needed:
  • Configure Clarity (CA PPM) translating requirements into design and workable solution
  • Experience in functional modules (like Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Time Sheet Management, Financial Management, Demand Management and Jasper Reports, CA PPM Studio) of CA PPM.
  • Good understanding of CA PPM Administration like Time Period Setup, Resource Setup, Project Financials, User Security, Jobs setup and scheduling, Processes, Jaspersoft Report scheduling, Financial setup, new UX
  • At least 3 years' experience in CA PPM 15.x in using CA PPM Clarity Studio, new UI functionalities, capabilities and configuration
  • Knowledge of report development Jaspersoft or an eagerness to learn Jaspersoft.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to various modules in CA PPM for users
  • Resolves incidents and fulfills requests using incident and request management processes under general guidance. Escalates via workflow as needed.
  • Interact with Vendor Support to resolve issues related to environment, performance etc
  • Proactively identifies problems, root cause and permanently resolves problems.
  • Experience in GEL Script, REST API, Process development, Integrations, XOG or an eagerness to learn these areas
  • Data Architecture knowledge of the CA PPM (15.x) a plus
