Brief Overview of Position Texas Capital Bank is hiring for a
ServiceNow Developer to work on high-impact and challenging
projects across our IT organization. The ServiceNow Developer will
support ITSM process owners as they implement enhancements and
configuration of the ServiceNow platform. This developer will join
an existing team, working to support an enterprise application
delivering quality solutions. They will help define platform
governance, architecture, and will drive innovation in the field of
analytics, business intelligence, & self-service, so, therefore, be
working hand in hand with application/product owners, delivery
owner/managers, platform architects, developers, and
administrators. Moreover, as a ServiceNow Developer, you will have
multiple opportunities to implement platform applications and
features that transform and optimize the way we operate our
business. Through innovation and the efforts of our
multidisciplinary team across the business, you contribute to
change their daily work life. Regularly monitor the team's work
queue and correspondence to respond and solve issues within
designated SLA timeframesMaintain production system reliability
through utilization of change management processBuild and Deploy UI
Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, Workflow
Scripts, Scheduled Jobs Import Sets and Transform MapsBuild
integrations from ServiceNow to other applications such as Workday,
VersionOne, IAM Tools, ScienceLogicIdentify system deficiencies and
recommend solutionsEnsure appropriate tools and processes are in
place to have a development/production environment that is reliable
and reproducible Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software
systems with ServiceNowEngage in Support meetings and provide
updates on work item statusesFacilitate and support the rollout of
new application and enhancements in ServiceNowSolution and provide
requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applicationsMaintain
working knowledge of systems, network performance, availability
monitoring, and analysis as well as configuration managementPerform
documented daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks required
for platform performance and complianceUnderstand and implement
advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts,
ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.Maintain and implement 3rd party
software integrations with ServiceNowAssist with the implementation
of platform upgradesAssist in interpreting impact from new platform
releases and actively find opportunity to maximize benefits from
new featuresAssist with creation and maintenance of reports,
dashboards, groups, and permissions The duties listed above are the

DeveloperITIL V3 CertificationBachelor of Science in Computer
Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry
experienceMinimum 4+ years of ServiceNow development,
configuration, and administration experience in an enterprise
environmentStrong customer service orientation and ability to
communicate effectively to executive level customersExpert
knowledge of the configuration, customization, & administration of
ServiceNow platform, various modules of ServiceNow (i.e. Incident,
Problem, Change, ITOM, Event Management, SLM, Knowledge,
Report/Performance Analytics, Service Catalogs, Content Management
System/Service Portal, Web Service Integration, new custom
application development), as well as the domain of platform
architecture, performance tuning, & application maintenance.Strong
experience in areas of Discovery and Orchestration supporting
CMDB/Asset management initiatives, hands-on experience with various
data discovery sources (i.e. SCCM)Strong knowledge of Web 2.0
