.Technology Risk and Governance Analyst operates within the First
Line of Defense (1LOD) and is responsible to support the end-to-end
execution of the IT governance, risk, and compliance activities in
1LOD, including: Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), control
testing, issue management, and metric reporting. The role will
partner and collaborate with the 1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD on maturing the
technology risk framework and foster the risk culture.Support
technology teams on the identification, documentation of issue
details and root cause analysis, materiality/severity assessment,
resolution planning, cost benefit analysis, issue status tracking
and reporting, and issue validation and closure
activitiesCoordinate the evidence gathering efforts from 1LOD with
issue reviewer (2LOD risk management and 3LOD internal audit
partners) for issue validation and closureSupport the team in
aggregation and creating the holistic view of risks and controls,
issues, and metrics data to create technology risk profileSupport
1LOD technology teams on issue management and collaborate with key
stakeholders from 2LOD risk management, compliance teams, lines of
business, and internal auditHelps the team in evaluating the
industry standards and regulatory mandates to understand regulatory
requirements applicable to IT and ensure alignment with internal
TCB frameworksSupport the implementation and execution of the Key
Risk Metric framework for measuring and managing operational
performance and for monitoring risk within technology department in
accordance with the risk appetite. Provide administrative support
for metric management and collection solution/tool Analyze
technology metrics, identify trends, and provide key insights based
on the metric data to drive effective management decisions.Support
the execution of the RCSA program in accordance with the
established policy, program, and procedure through IT Risk
Assessable Unit (RAU) Tiering, creating/updating the Risks and
Controls Matrix (RACM), Performing Controls Assessment (Design and
Operating Effectiveness), Issue Management and ReportingSupport the
automation efforts (including building dashboards) in IT GRC
processes by utilizing data analytics tool and scriptsOther
job-related duties may be assigned as required.Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent technology risk management experience2+ years of direct
experience in technology governance, risk, and compliance
functions.1-3 years of Banking/Financial Services experience
strongly preferredCloud Risk Management experience is a
plusIndustry certifications (e.g., CISA, ITIL) is a plusProficient
with MS Office applications for reports, analysis, and
presentationsKnowledge of Archer or any other GRC toolExperience
with visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) is a plusResults-oriented
working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent
interpersonal skills with ability to be influential and establish
positive working relationships throughout the organization,
including senior managementAbility to elicit cooperation from a
wide variety of sources, including management, team members and
stakeholdersDetailed-oriented with a proven history as a
self-starter who can work independently with minimal
supervisionProven ability to articulate problems and create
