working with a team of engineers to drive delivery excellence,
partner with business and other IT leaders to build digital assets,
provide expert level support to resolve complex issues and provide
RCA, identify gaps in systems in current digital eco system and
provide solutions to enhance overall performance. All of this is
critical to driving Digital growth and improving customer
experience. This individual will collaborate with digital leaders,
business partners, and IT colleagues to deliver business growth and
great customer experiences that differentiate CVS in the market,
while ensuring efficient, effective, and safe product
development.Work with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and cross
functional teams to be a part of a team of engineers in developing
highly performing code, and state-of-the-art customer
experiencesCollaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost
and time to marketParticipate in Program Increment (PI) planning
and establish communication across all team and Product
OwnersParticipate in Agile Scrum team activities including Sprint
Planning, Grooming, Daily Scrum, Review and Retrospective
meetingsCould develop UI using React/Angular, CSSDevelop
microservices and cloud native apps using Java/J2EE, Spring
Framework, NodeJS, No SQL databases and other tech stacks (Open
source and proprietary)TDD Experience using testing frameworks such
as Junit, MockitoBuild and deploy services using any of the
following i.e, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Circle CI, Harness etc. as
part of CI/CD processWill be responsible for end-to-end application
delivery including coordination with required teams for production
deploymentContinuously monitoring application health and KPIs,
support triage of any production issues as and when needed and
leverage Observability and Monitoring toolsCollaborate in
troubleshooting complex data, features, service, platform issues
and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and
operational issuesBe an advocate of security best practices,
champion and support the importance of security within engineering,
partnering with Digital and Enterprise security teams and digital
product owners to ensure complianceProvide technical guidance and
mentoring to the fellow engineers in software design and
development activitiesProduce high quality technical documentation
that teams can use.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for
all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of
factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of overall IT/Digital development experience4+ years of
microservices, cloud native applications development and web
development experience using React JS, CSS, Java/J2EE, Spring
Framework, NodeJS, Messaging Frameworks (i.e, Kafka/Rabbit MQ),
NoSQL/RDBMS databases (i.e, Mongo DB, PostgresSQL, Redis), and
other tech stacks (Open source and proprietary)4+ years of
experience with unit Testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, and
BDD testing tools like Cucumber/Selenium1+ years of experience with
Docker containerization, Kubernetes etc.3+ years of experience with
CI/CD tools like Harness, Jenkins, Circle CI etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agile development required, Scaled Agile Framework
(SAFe) experienced preferredExperience in handling multiple
competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentHealthcare/Retail
Domain experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills;
thrives working in a highly iterative, agile, and open team
environmentExperience with any cloud provider (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
