States of America Under general supervision, contributes to the
development, maintenance, and enhancement of CBRE systems and
assists in the development of new features. To perform this job

Consulting and Analysis: Meet regularly with defined clients and
stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes and needs.
Determine requirements to present possible solutions or
improvements. Client Support: Perform baseline system support,
administrative and maintenance duties for assigned systems.
Troubleshoot application and system problems.Project/Solution
Activities: Support goals by participating on project teams.
Deliver on assigned tasks and action items.Software Development
Activities: Leverage knowledge of applications / systems and
underlying architecture. Maintains awareness of IT process best
practices, technology trends and emerging technologies.Software
development life cycle: Solid understanding and first-hand
experience of the collaboration in an agile software
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with a
minimum of 7 years' experience; or bachelor's degree in computer
science, or MIS, with a minimum of 5 years of experience; or a
master's degree in computer science, MIS, with a minimum 3 years of
experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 7
years. Minimum of 4 years of programming preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong
organizational and analytical skills.Ability to provide efficient,
timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.Ability to
effectively present information.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of
dataIn-depth knowledge of ETL and data management strategies,
tools, principles, and practicesExpertise in database & ETL
technologies using Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, Informatica
and TalendExperience with ETL concerning meta data management,
intermittent data checks throughout a process, data
validation.Expert level in Python/SQLExperience in architecting
large-scale data solutions, performing architectural assessments,
examining architectural alternatives, and choosing the best
solution in collaboration with both IT and business
stakeholders.Demonstrated project management and technical design
skillsBackend technologies experience and knowledge of latest
developments (e.g., micro-service architecture) preferredPractical
experience in software architecture roles preferredKnowledge to
configure and deploy different environments and stages of
development strongly preferredHands-on experience on enterprise
scale business solutions' performance tuning and auto-scaling
managementHands-on knowledge on DevOps applied to data science
strongly preferredAbility to negotiate and mediate complex problems
among teams strongly preferredGeneral knowledge in cloud
technologies strongly preferred. Experience with Amazon Web
Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud is a plusKnowledge on
Azure ML, Snowflake and Snaplogic is a plus
