Job Description:
Lennox International, Richardson, TXLennox iComfort is a cloud-based, IoT solution which powers Lennox iComfort thermostats and products. The Senior Developer III position is responsible for improving and extending Lennox iComfort by focusing on project design, implementation, test, and management of the software path to Production.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Architects and Team Leads to design, develop, and test, projects which improve and extend the iComfort IoT platform. Contribute to defining the technical direction for the projectWork with other developers, engineers, and product owners to resolve design and implementation issues, share knowledge, and drive the project to success.Communicate with other groups in the company, such as operations, system-test, Controls Engineering, and management.Support the deployment of software to non-production and production environments. -#LI- -This is a hybrid model position that is based out of Richardson, TX (Dallas - Ft Worth Metroplex). This position works remote on Mondays and Fridays and in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday. -#LI-Hybrid

Qualifications:
Job RequirementsS or M.S (Computer Science or a related technical field preferred), should have proven course work in several computer software, algorithms, data structures, programming languages subject areas5+ years minimum experience developing and testing mission-critical applications3+ years of experience working on an Agile Scrum teamExpert .NET software development skillsStrong experience and understanding building scalable cloud-based applicationsStrong experience and understanding of REST architecture and building RESTful APIs Practical experience with Relational and NoSQL database technologiesTeam player who seeks out opportunities for continuous improvementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with ability to thrive in a high pressure, mission-critical environment -Preferred skills:Azure Cloud Platform Protocols - TCP/IP, HTTPLanguages - DOTNET/CORE, Angular, JavaScriptDatabases - SQL Azure and Cosmos DBAgile development methodologyAzure DEVOPS / VSTSDotCms Content Management System -This is a hybrid model position that is based out of Richardson, TX (Dallas - Ft Worth Metroplex).
