Responsibilities:
Senior Project Manager of BSA/AML/OFAC/Fraud FINTECH in one of Texas most innovative, technology-driven financial institutions. The primary function of the BSA/AML/OFAC/FRAUD Senior Project Manager is to implement cutting-edge FINTECH solutions to analyze, investigate, and report on cases involving potential Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing or Fraud activity to protect the firm and its clients from any risk and losses from AML and/or Fraud activity Manage cross-functional projects across multiple business units. Apply a consultative approach to assist with functional, technical, and operational planning and design for the implementation of new FINTECH systems and processes related to BSA/AML/OFAC/Fraud management and preventionComprehend overall project scope and dependencies and how individual project actions or deliverables align to themExecute best practice project management capabilities aligning to TCB PMO strategy, policies and standardsDefine project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionProvide executive-level materials and present to executives, vendors, and customersPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project portfolio management softwarePlan and manage the project financial plan, including tracking and reporting actuals and forecasts within approved budgetDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycleDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documentsIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathManage the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and work with other department managers to obtain commitments on assignmentsAnticipate and respond to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

Qualifications:
Masters Degree preferredPMP certification strongly preferredSome experience in BSA/AML/OFAC/Fraud regulatory compliance preferred3-5 years of Banking/Financial Services experience strongly preferred10+ years hands-on experience leading program/projects (project planning, project controls/monitoring, budget management, setting and managing customer expectations) utilizing waterfall, iterative and Agile practices and methodsConsulting background is a plusAbility toleadmultiple project teams and projects simultaneouslyExperience leading large, complex projectsUnderstanding of technical change management conceptsResults-oriented working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to be influence and establish positive working relationships throughout the organization, including senior managementProven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills to confidently interact with and lead meetings at all levels, including executives Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
