individuals to train within our customer service department. As a
Customer Service Representative, you will act as the main point of
contact between the company and the client they are assigned, and
you must use the utmost care when handling communications to ensure
the highest level of service is provided.
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $16--per

Basic Job Requirements:
- On-site--training in Richardson, TX from 10:30am to 7:30pm for
a period of 5-9 weeks.
- Commitment--to less than 3 days of planned PTO in the first--6
- Shift schedule of 2:30pm to 11:00pm with two 15-minute breaks
and a 30-minute lunch break.
- 5 day scheduled work week (Monday through Sunday)--planned 6-9
months in advance.
- 2 days off per week with one day being a weekday and the other
a weekend day.

check before starting. Training & Onboarding:To get started, a
commitment of--5-9 weeks for on-site--training between 10:30am and
7:30pm--is required.--Training is comprehensive and if planned PTO
during this time exceeds 2 days--you will--be moved into a
later--training cycle, delaying your first day.
