This position offers you the flexibility to work hours that fit your schedule, providing respiratory care services at our dynamic healthcare facilities. As a Respiratory Therapist CRTT at HCA Healthcare, you will play a critical role in our patient-centered approach, delivering high-quality respiratory care and support to patients with a wide range of breathing problems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our commitment to improving human life is realized through top-level care and state-of-the-art treatments. Assess patient respiratory conditions through diagnostic testing and evaluations. Implement and oversee respiratory care plans for patients. Operate and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment. Educate patients and families about respiratory health, treatments, and maintenance plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide a comprehensive treatment approach. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols. Proficient in the use of respiratory care equipment and tools. Ability to assess and interpret relevant clinical data. Strong communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with team members. Capable of maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) credential is required. Current state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
