Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Care
Specialist PRN to join our team. This position provides specialized
care to patients with respiratory disorders across a diverse
patient population. As a part of HCA Healthcare, you will have

in a supportive environment committed to patient safety and
satisfaction. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with breathing
or other cardiopulmonary disorders, Collaborate with healthcare
teams to set up and operate devices such as mechanical ventilators,
therapeutic gas administration apparatus, environmental control
systems, aerosol generators, Follow treatment plans involving chest
physiotherapy, inhalants, Monitor and record patient progress,
Educate patients and families on lung health and disease
prevention, Respond to emergency resuscitation situations.
Competency in pulmonary rehabilitation, Advanced knowledge of
ventilation systems, Ability to conduct respiratory assessments,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state
Respiratory Therapist License required, Registered Respiratory
Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care,
BLS/ACLS Certification.
